4gymnasts.com was launched on February 2, 2008. It is the creation of Moe Schober, a part-time gymnastics coach, and her web designer husband, Rick, who live in Massachusetts. They are the parents of four young daughters — all gymnasts — for whom this website was named and to whom it is dedicated. But this is not a website about their kids. It is a website for them, and for every other aspring gymnast or fan of the sport.

It started out with Moe's idea to design and sell a line of gymnastics-related merchandise called Gymnasticks™ featuring pictures of stick figure gymnasts doing round-offs, cartwheels, back handsprings, etc., but quickly evolved into a massive website full of the kinds of content that they, as gymnastics parents, thought would be useful, interesting, or just plain entertaining for others like them.

Before 4gymnasts.com, if you wanted to find the complete gymnastics results from the 2004 Olympic Games, you went to one website. If you wanted to read a bio of Nadia Comaneci or Nastia Liukin, you went to another website. And if you wanted to buy a quality leotard, you had to wade through dozens of online store websites. Now, after countless hours of online research and editing, these kinds of information — along with the latest gymnastics news from around the world, listings of upcoming televised gymnastics events, and a whole lot more — are finally available in one place.

This website will be updated frequently so come back often. New articles, photos, competition results, and useful links will be added as they become available.

Questions, comments, and suggestions can be emailed to contact@4gymnasts.com.

Enjoy!
